Terms of Service – Vent Guard

By scheduling or receiving services from Vent Guard, you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided:
Dryer vent inspection and cleaning services are provided to enhance airflow and lower fire risk. Removal of all blockages in inaccessible areas cannot be guaranteed.

Access & Preparation:
Customers must provide safe and clear access to the dryer and vent system. Pets must be secured during service.

Pricing & Payment:
Pricing is based on standard service conditions. Additional charges may apply for complex or obstructed systems. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Cancellations:
Cancellations within [24 hours] may incur a fee. Missed appointments may be charged a service fee.

Liability:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installations, or hidden defects. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Safety:
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Agreement:
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
